Guiding Corporate Management Teams for Operational Risk Management.<\/p><p>As a consultant, he has cooperated for a long time with multinational companies and he has been an expert in matters of strategic planning, working capital management and credit policy formulation, writing market analysis studies and investment viability, operational and financial restructuring, utilization of fixed assets, branch spin-offs, commercial, operational and financial due diligence. He has collaborated with investment schemes (Fund) and he has experience in the reorganization of companies and in the preparation of their acquisitions, as well as in the mediation of negotiations.
