Ioannis Makris is a Partner and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Assurance Services division of Compass Certified Public Accountants and Business Consultants.

He has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant since the beginning of the year 2000 and has participated in the audit of numerous financial entities in the private and public sector.

He has a background in two major international audit firms, in one of which he was a shareholder for thirteen years.

In addition to his involvement in the regular statutory audit of listed and non-listed companies and Municipalities – Municipal Enterprises, he has carried out tax audits of companies and has been responsible for the conversion of financial statements in accordance with IAS / IAS and corporate transformations.
