Pavlos Stafylas

Pavlos Stafylas is the director of COMPASS AUDITORS and leads experienced audit teams in a multitude of tasks.
He started his career in the field of auditing in 2000. He consistently and professionally followed the promotion ladders of the auditing companies that he worked with and continues to continuously evolve as required by the dynamic field of auditing science.
He has expertise in regular and extraordinary audits of listed – and non-listed – groups of companies, as well as in special accounting and tax matters (IFRS, BEPS, Transfer Pricing, etc.)
He has managed valuations of acquisitions, financings of many companies in the field of clothing, food, medicine, health, tourism, etc. sectors.
He has also been a consultant to a public company in the energy sector during the privatization stage.
He has taken over as the head of transformations (spin-offs/mergers) of large companies in the energy and transport sector.
He has been an evaluator of investment plans of the Recovery fund (RRF).
He has been a member of the Group of Certified Public Accountants for the annual audit of the Asset Statements submitted to the Audit Committee of the Hellenic Parliament.
He holds a degree in maritime studies from the University of Piraeus. He also holds an IFRS diploma (DipIFR) from the ACCA organization.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Board of Certified Public Accountants of Greece.
